This full day course (10-3pm) will explore strategies to support an individual with ASD to learn and develop social skills.
Course objectives:
- Understanding Social difficulties experienced by the young person with ASD
- Understanding Social Skills
- Teaching Social Interactions
- Teaching Social Understanding
- Social Skills training – practical strategies
Level 2 Course Optional AQA award certificate
Assessment Qualification Alliance qualification (optional) will take place after the workshop and should approximately take half an hour.
AQA – Unit Award Scheme provides the opportunity to gain formal recognition of success in short courses by recording achievement.
AQA £25 additional fee
