This is a bite-size session designed to inform you of how to more effectively manage your time. You will be asked to identify in detail your key result areas and from these plan and deal with the multiple priorities and daily distractions faced.

Training content:

  • Participants will undertake an assessment of their current time management practice.
  • Learners will examine and consider which of the time management tools and techniques suit them best to use in their work roles.
  • Participants will also be encouraged to find practical ways to improve their time management practice.

Who should attend?

This session is for anyone interested in learning practical advice and tips on managing their time more effectively.

Accreditation / Progression:

This session has a credit value of 2.

Learners can gain a stand-alone ILM certificate or accumulate credits to achieve an ILM Level 3 award (4 credits required) or a level 3 certificate in leadership and management (13 credits required).
