Time Management Training (online)
NICVA
NICVA are offering an online Time Management tutorial for anyone wishing to learn some of the skills and tools used to manage time more efficiently and effectively.
Learners will be given the opportunity to assess their current time management practice and review some of the habits that are preventing us from making the most of our time. You will be encouraged to make time to save time and an overview of skills will be discussed such as prioritising and delegating tasks. Learners will be asked to undertake a study of their current time management practice and to come back for an analysis of the results.
The training takes place on Thursday, 10 April from 11.00am - 12noon.

Volunteer NowTraining/AdviceThis course is aimed at individuals who recruit, manage or supervise staff and volunteers working with children and/or adults. It will examine the procedures that need to be put in place for effective recruitment and selection of staff and volunteers including requirements under the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups (NI) Order, the current and former definitions of regulated activity and how to exercise careful judgement when assessing information on an Access NI Disclosure Certificate. It will also look at the procedures required for the effective management of staff and volunteers including induction and training, breach of code of behaviour and referral to the Disclosure and Barring Service.- - -
