For all those who would like to address the causes of stress and manage themselves and their teams effectively who maybe experiencing stress.
By the end of the course the learners will:

- • recognise stress in self and others
- • understand flight and fight responses
- • explore what causes stress in your life
- • develop strategies to deal successfully with stress
- • understand HSE management standards for stress at work
- • explore legislative considerations when managing stress in the workplace
- • identify possible sources of stress
- • understand the role of the manager.
