  • The impact of psychosocial  and neuro-physiological brain developments on later mental health.
  • Research supporting the use of reminiscence methods in mental health work/recovery.
  • Reminiscence methods to bolster self esteem, coping , resilience and a stronger sense of identity.
  • Adapted Structured Life Review for people with mental health problems.
  • Planning for Life Story work and Reminiscence group work with people with mental health problems
