Developing appropriate roles for volunteers in line with the organisations objectives and following fair, efficient and consistent recruitment procedures for all potential volunteers are important tasks for volunteer involving organisations.
NOCN Accreditation is available (3 credits at Level 2) but accreditation is optional. Participants can decide individually whether they wish to work for NOCN credits or simply attend the training. If undertaking the accredited option, participants must attend all sessions.
