NICVA conference facilities

Drop in at this session to see the size of the rooms for yourself,
talk to staff about the ways in which seating might be arranged to suit
your needs and check out the support equipment available, as well as
catering options. If you already have a date in mind and are able to make a booking while you're here, a 10% discount will apply.

Please note that our facilities may only be made available for
voluntary and community sector organisations to use, or in the case of
an event which is specifically relevant to the sector.

Facilities

Our facilities include:

  • Eight meeting spaces which can accommodate between 10 and 120 people
  • Multi media resources
  • In house technician
  • Catering and refreshments
  • Full disability access
  • Free car parking
  • Wireless internet access available in the conference area
  • Stage to host large events such as AGM or award ceremonies

The Boardroom seats up to 16 people.

The training room can accommodate up to 26 people, is wifi enabled and has a projector and screen.

Conference Rooms A and B may be linked as one large room which will
accommodate up to 120, or used separately for groups of between 50 and
70 people.

We have flexible meeting spaces for large scale conferences and
smaller meetings, as well as comfortable break out areas. Our in house
technician will ensure your event runs smoothly with our state of the
art audio-visual technology.

Discount

No booking is required - just drop in between 3.00pm and 6.00pm.
There will be a discount of 10% for any bookings made in person at this
event.
