‘A Musical Fusion’

Write It, Make It, Play It

Do you play
an instrument, sing, or just have a passion for music? Have you ever dreamt of
playing a live gig in front of hundreds in the legendary Mandela Hall?

‘A Musical Fusion’ aims to bring together thirty 13-16
year olds who are passionate about music for a series of workshops led by
music professionals and culminating in a final performance in Mandela
Hall.

Our tagline is 'Write It, Make It, Play It.'
During the workshops therefore, the participants will form bands
and with the guidance of music professionals write their own
songs based on themes that affect them. The bands will
then rehearse their songs in preparation for a final
performance in the legendry Mandela Hall in front of a live crowd! This
promises to be an amazing experience and offers a unique opportunity to learn
new skills, develop your talent and make new friends!
