By effectively identifying the impact that your volunteer programme is having in meeting the organisation's aims and objectives, volunteer managers can better communicate to staff, volunteers and service users the value of involving volunteers and can highlight the benefits to the organisation through their involvement.
OCNNI Accreditation is available (2 credits at Level 2) but accreditation is optional. Participants can decide individually whether they wish to work for OCNNI credits or simply attend the training. If undertaking the accredited option, participants must attend all sessions.
