FREE Money Management training available from Citizens Advice throughout Northern Ireland until March 2012

MoneyActive, developed by Citizens Advice and funded by Nationwide, has volunteers across Northern Ireland available to deliver FREE proactive financial education.

MoneyActive information sessions equip individuals with the skills to budget, borrow and save with confidence, providing support to avoid financial problems and to seek support and early referral to emergency debt crisis services where needed.

How does Money Active work?

We provide free financial skills training sessions for groups.
We can deliver direct to your clients or run sessions for your staff to build their capacity to support clients on money issues in the future.
Our financial capability work caters for a diverse range of groups such as lone parents, social housing tenants, job seekers, ex-offenders, and adults with learning disabilities.
We can tailor sessions to cover topics relevant to your group from dealing with bills to choosing credit.
Sessions can last from 1-3hrs and more than 1 session can be arranged.
Our trainers make sure sessions are fun, engaging, and full of practical tips.
