  • Five Wednesday afternoon workshops delivered weekly between 10th February and 9th March, followed by a follow up session on 6th April.
  • Participants will be introduced to mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques and sensory processing strategies which could help reduce stress and increase confidence.
  • The tutors aim to be friendly, supportive and approachable so that all the participants have an enjoyable experience.
