OUTLINE Fashion Design Taster begins by exploring ideas in Historical Costume that translate into unique Fashion Designs for 2013! Using effective Drawing Techniques Maggie McAtamney will demonstrate how to explore key elements of Fashion Design; Silhouette, Texture, Colour and Proportion.
MARGARET MCATAMNEY graduated from the University of Ulster in 1996 after winning the prestigious ‘Smirnoff Fashion Awards’ N.Ireland and took up work experience with various high profile fashion designers in London. In 2001 she set up her own fashion label supplying individual boutiques and managing her own concession range in Top Shop, London.
