How long does the Course take?

This course takes around 4 hours in total. It is typically delivered over 1/2 day or over 1 evening.  This Course is suitable for all Workplace.

Is there a test at the end of the Course? 

There is no formal test but you will be required to participate in exercises and discussion throughout the Training.

How is the Course delivered?  What will I learn?

The Course is very interactive and you will be supplied with all materials.  You will learn about the key Law in Northern Ireland, the necessary processes in dealing with disciplinary cases and grievances.

Who is the Course for?

The Tribunal Service in Northern Ireland receives around 9000 cases per annum and in the last reported data dealt with around 50% of the cases. Reduce the risk by ensuring your practices comply with the Law!
