Easy to follow strategies, income generation ideas and real case studies to show how projects can survive and grow when funding ends. 'Essential Training for all those involved with PEACE III Projects'

Overview of the Workshop

There is a lot of talk about mainstreaming especially within Peace III but how do we actually make it happen? What are the key steps? Traditional voluntary sector funding models are no longer sustainable and are not adequate. We need to recognise this and create a new approach which is not just based on grants.

The Mainstreaming and Sustainability half day in-house workshop helps organisations to move from dependency and grants to building a secure range of income streams and becoming fully sustainable within 12 months.

This practical hands-on workshop presents easy to follow strategies, income generation ideas, case studies and practical examples that can be applied to extend current initiatives over the coming months and for long term sustainability.
