As a Training Organisation, The Training and Recruitment House is accredited by HABC/CIEH/FAA. This course leads to certification in the FAA Level 2 Award in Paediatric First Aid.
Who is the Course for?
First aid on adults is one thing but first aid on a child is a different story. This course will give you the know how on how to deal with incidents such as choking, bleeding and drowning. A must for everyone!
Where is the Course held?
The Course is held in our offices at 51 Church Street, Portadown. We can also go to you and carry out the Training.
How much does the Course cost?
£120 (VAT Included) per person. Special Offers are available for Group Bookings.
What can I do once I complete the Course?
This Course will allow you to apply basic first aid techniques to a variety of situations from conscious to unconscious casualties as well as dealing with breathing and non-breathing casualties.
How is the Course delivered? What will I learn?
The Course is very interactive and you will be supplied with all materials. You will learn about resuscitation, choking, shock, placing individuals in the recovery position, dealing with bleeding.
How long does the Course take?
The Course takes around 6 hours in total. It is normally delivered over 2 day or 4 evenings.
Is there a test at the end of the Course?
This course is assessed by the Trainer throughout the training time.
