This course will give you a general understanding and awareness of housing issues and the skills for participating in customer service and housing-related activities.
The four units are delivered over four days, spread over a number of weeks. On average, candidates should expect to take around three to four months to complete the qualification.

Who is it for?
This qualification is for you if you are:
- Working in housing and wish to gain an initial qualification
- New to housing and want to improve your general awareness of housing issues
- Not currently working in housing but are considering it as a career option
- A tenant wishing to explore housing in order to enable you to get more involved in community and housing matters or who wish to become more involved in the work of their landlord
