HACCP - Level 2

What is the Course?

Level 2 Award in HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) – Options for Catering and Manufacturing. 

This course leads to certification in the CIEH Level 2 Award.

What can I do once I complete the Course?

This Course will allow you to apply the 7 Principles of HACCP and be able to confidently create or use a HACCP system.

How long does the Course take?

The Course takes around 6 hours in total.  It is normally delivered over 1 day or 2 evenings.

The Course is held in our offices at 51 Church Street, Portadown.  We can also come to Your Premises

Is there a test at the end of the Course?  What is the pass rate?

Yes there are 30 multiple choice questions. (Manufacturing has 2 assessments of 30 questions each).

Currently the pass rate is 80%.

How is the Course delivered?  What will I learn?

The Course is very interactive and you will be supplied with all materials.  You will learn about the origin of HACCP, the 12 steps of HACCP, Legal aspects and food safety hazards.

 

Who is the Course for?

This is an essential course for anyone involved with HACCP or part of the HACCP Team.  There is a Legal requirement to be Trained in HACCP.

We recommend that Learners have completed at least Level 2 Food Safety prior to attending this Course.
