It will cover:
- Context of Getting it Right;
- Getting it Right standards;
- Procedures and guidelines relating to safeguarding children; and
- Developing a safeguarding children policy.
This training programme is suitable for individuals with responsibility for developing and/or reviewing safeguarding children policys and procedures. While not essential, having prior knowledge of safeguarding children issues is beneficial.
Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis and are limited to a maximum of 3 per organisation.
