  • The reasons why people become homeless
  • The risks to those who are homeless including housing, finance and benefits
  • Housing (N I) Order 1998: Homelessness; Eligibility; Priority Need; Intentionality
  • Proposed New Legislation on two Bills intended to go through in 2010
  • Accessing social housing; Housing Selection Scheme Points System
  • Duties of NIHE
  • Availability of temporary accommodation and support services in N.I.
