The seminar, as part of the Vital Links project, will take place on 17 February at 2.30pm in NICVA.
Participants will have a chance to explore the latest developments in the Bill of Rights process, what recommendations the NIO have included for consultation and what rights the voluntary and community sector feel should be included in the Bill of Rights.
