Grow Wild and Grow Wild and the City of Wildflowers project are hosting a network training day for community groups, youth project participants, volunteers, mentors and project partners.
This is an exciting opportunity to meet other groups, discuss creative ideas and learn from special guests that will offer both a local and regional perspective.
The day will inspire and inform you about new ways to enhance your community impact through understanding native wild flowers, plants and fungi.

- Identifying native wild flowers, plants and habitats
- Learn more about fungi and their importance in nature
- Practical sowing and maintenance tips for wild flowers
- The use of native plants as/ in companion planting for community gardens
- How social media and good communication can help your community garden or project
