Event Date, Time and Venue
This event will run from 4.00pm to 6.00pm on Monday, 25 January 2010 and is expected to be very busy. Please do not arrive without having registered first. Please do not arrive early as the exhibitions will not open until 4.00pm. For some it may be better to plan your arrival after 5.00pm to avoid the initial rush. The event will take place in NICVA, 61 Duncairn Gardens, Belfast BT15 2GB.
If the event is fully booked we will place your name on a reserve list for invitation to a subsequent event should we organise one.
Event Registration
You must register for the event in advance and we are limiting numbers but the event is free to attend. Registration is open to NICVA members first. From 11 January 2010 non-NICVA members can register, subject to places being available. Groups who wish to apply for NICVA membership at the same time as registering for the event can also do so before 11 January 2010.
To register contact Georgie Finlay on 028 9087 7777 or email georgie.finlay@nicva.org
Getting here and Parking
NICVA has a number of free parking spaces available for those attending events. Unfortunately these can't be reserved and are available on a first come basis. NICVA's spaces are clearly marked and we would ask that visitors only use spaces allocated to NICVA when attending an event. Parking is also available on Duncairn Gardens and surrounding areas within close walking distance. NICVA is also a short walk from Yorkgate Train Station and you can easily catch a bus from the city centre (no 1D) direct to Duncairn Gardens, or (no 61 and 64) to Cityside Centre (a few minutes walk).
