Learn about good customer service, house-keeping, food service, barista training and reception skills, through valuable work experience in a reputable hotel.
2 weeks training and 2 weeks work placement.
Gain recognised qualifications including: City & Guilds Level 2 in Food Safety & Level 2 Customer Service.
Improve your CV! This course offers a welcome boost to your confidence, teamwork, interview and communication skills.
Receive up to 6 months’ support after the programme to help you find work.
Get your travel expenses, lunch and uniform provided for the whole programme.
