Both case law and legislative developments at European level will be highlighted to ensure that advisers are equipped to use European law in their social security and social assistance cases.

The tutor is Pamela Fitzpatrick of the Child Poverty Action Group, an author of the CPAG Welfare Benefits and Tax Credits Handbook and the Migration and Social Security Handbook.
