Russell Delman introduces "The Embodied Life" program, integrating Zen-based Meditation, the teaching of Moshe Feldenkrais and Guided Inquiry. The intention is to awaken our potential and to free ourselves from limiting habits and beliefs. Russell follows a deep interest for the living of everyday life with greater awareness, integrity, compassion and fulfilment.

Russell says, "Our body lives in the present moment, always in a particular time and place, whereas our mind is sometimes consciously connected to the living moment and sometimes not. This fact that the body is always present can be a great ally; our physical sensations can be like a magnet to the present moment."
