Dying Matters Awareness event - 'What can you do?'

The Northern Health and Social Care Trust would like you to support this year's Dying Matters Awareness event, which is going to be held in the Glenavon Hotel, Cookstown on 9th May commencing at 9.45am - 2pm.
The Dying Matters event aims to get people more active in planning for the future and helping support those family members, friends or wider community who may need your help in times of grief and bereavment.
