A clear and well thought out volunteer policy is the foundation for volunteer involvement, and can provide your organisation with a framework to manage volunteers effectively.
This one day course introduces the importance of a volunteer policy and what it should include. Participants will look at the steps involved in developing a policy and will consider their own value base for involving volunteers.
ACCREDITATION
OCNNI Accreditation is available (2 credits at Level 2) but accreditation is optional. Participants can decide individually whether they wish to work for OCNNI credits or simply attend the training.
