This two hour interactive masterclass will focus on the main data protection and privacy responsibilities and duties of voluntary and community organisations.
The session includes a focus on practical compliance with the data protection principles, an overview of privacy and the main requirements that need to be met, including outlining what consent is, information access regimes and security. In addition, this session will also cover the risks of breaching data protection when disclosing or publishing information in the public domain.
The session takes place on Monday, 7 December 2015 from 9.30am to 12.30pm.
This masterclass is free and only available to voluntary, community and social enterprize organisations.
