Thanks to funding from the Health and Social Care Board (North) Arthritis Care is delivering a Challenging Arthritis Course in the Marine Hotel, Ballycastle. It commences on Tuesday 13 September from 10.30am - 1.00pm. This course is comprised of six 2.5 hour sessions.
The Challenging Arthritis course is for people over 18 years who have arthritis or fibromyalgia and are looking for ways to cope. Topics covered are pain management, healthy lifestyle, communication skills, positive thinking, fatigue, problem solving and goal setting and accessing information.
