This session is a must for board members who wish to improve the impact of their board, develop the board team, and ensure effective board governance.

The session will be facilitated by Joy Allen, Managing Director of Leading Governance Limited and a Fellow of the Institute of Directors. Joy is a governance specialist and experienced trainer.
