This may include waiting staff, bar staff and kitchen staff. The course itself lasts one day and includes a multiple choice examination at the end. This course is fully accredited by the Charted Institute of Environmental Health and meets all relevant food standards requirements. This course ensures you/your staff are aware of the requirements for food handling and the importance of good standards.
