This experiential workshop is aimed at leaders in the community and voluntary sector who want to develop their leadership capacity.
The purpose of this workshop is to support you, as a leader, to move towards greater levels of Authenticity in your leadership. Helping you become more engaged, competent and fulfilled in your role. Whilst most leaders desire authenticity, we innocently get trapped or caught off guard by mindsets, expectations and beliefs that stop us from being our real selves. We want to create a space for you to get real with who you are as a leader and have a clear vision for how you want to show up.
Throughout the workshop there will be time to reflect and give and receive feedback, it will an interactive style all focused on your self-awareness, reflection and development.

- Clarity on values and their current expression
- Strength in defining your Leadership principles
- Deeper connection with your leadership purpose
- Defining your strengths as a leader
