NJC payscales 2008/09
Following the recent arbitration process between local government employers and the unions, ACAS have awarded an additional 0.3% to the interim pay increase of 2.45% agreed in November 2008.
NJC payscales 2008/09
This final award brings the total 2008-9 pay award to 2.75% on all pay points. As confirmed in November, in addition to the percentage increase, employees on NJC Scale 1, points 5 and 6 have also received an extra £100 per annum.
The award is backdated to 1 April 2008.
