NJC Pay Award Update 24 July 2009
Further to the last update, the employer's side of the NJC negotiations have increased their offer.
Further to the previous update I can now advise that the NJC Employers Side have made the following improved offer which they state is a final offer in settlement of the NJC Trade Unions 2009 pay claim. The offer is as follows:
- From 1st April 2009 an increase of 1% on Spinal Column Points 11 to 49 inclusive.
- From 1st April 2009 an increase of 1.25% on Spinal Column Points 4 to 10 inclusive.
Once a final agreement has been agreed, the updated payscales will be added to Community NI.
