Agreement on Policing and Justice welcome news to voluntary and community sector

Following a stalemate of 10 days, a deal between DUP and Sinn Fein has finally been done. The Northern Ireland Council for Voluntary Action (NICVA) welcomes the agreement, which could see powers devolved as soon as 12 April 2010.
