Global Entrepreneurship Week: Perfect Platform to Showcase Social Entrepreneur Successes

Social entrepreneurs from across Northern Ireland are making the most of this year’s Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW), with help from UnLtd.

The Big Lottery Fund is encouraging Northern Ireland organisations planning to apply for a grant from its Reaching Out: Connecting Older People programme to get their project proposals in ASAP.

Data mining programme to support greater use of existing research on ageing issues

Are you aged between 18 - 21? Have a passion for your local community? Want to run your own recreational project? If so, you could qualify for a grant to cover both living expenses and project costs under UnLtd Sport Relief ‘Make it Happen’ Awards.

The Big Lottery Fund has announced its new Energy Efficiency Venues Programme. Grants are available to voluntary and community organisations in NI that want to make their venues more energy efficient.

The UnLtd Road Safety Challenge Awards have been recently established to support communities to develop solutions to their road safety issues. Applications for awards are open to individuals, informal/formal community groups and voluntary groups.

Funding workshops on:

DOE - Road Safety Challenge Awards (10.30am - 11.30am)
Over 50's programme (12 noon - 1pm)
Sport Relief Awards (2pm - 3pm)

Networking light lunch provided from 1pm - 2pm.
