Bill Osborne was originally appointed as Chairperson of Building Change Trust Limited – the corporate trustee of The Building Change Trust in late December 2008 for an initial three year term. This appointment has now been extended for a further 12 months

NIFHA welcomes the Chancellor’s announcement Northern Ireland is to get an extra £200m over the next three years to spend on public services.

NIFHA is glad to learn the DSD proposes to seek permission from DFP for housing associations to redeem public loans taken out under an earlier financial regime. The intention would be to replace them by private loans carrying lower rates.
