Topics include an accredited health and well being programme:'Understanding Health Improvement', Stress Awareness/Management Sessions, Time Management, Communication skills, Food and Mood, a postive mental health programme for young people: MINDOUT and many more.
As an ex NHS middle manager in Health Promotion, I have the skills and accreditation to facilitate these sessions with other associates expert in their fields, ie a Dietitian.
