Our centre in Ballycastle has been a safe place of meeting, encounter and dialogue since 1965. Most most of our accommodation and meeting spaces have recently been rebuilt and caters for all levels of guest expectations.

About the Centre

The Centre has lots of open green space and paths for ocean view walks, picnics and outdoor pursuits. People rarely leave Corrymeela unmoved. For some, visiting Corrymeela is life-changing, for others, it is just really good fun. Whatever the reaction, nobody ever forgets the time they went to Corrymeela.

There is something unique and special about this place. Perhaps it is the magnificent ocean views, or the spacious six-acre grounds and gardens, or the genuine welcome and hospitality. Corrymeela is not a hotel, or conference centre. We are a community of Christians committed to a shared future, peace and reconciliation.

The Corrymeela centre is a wonderful place to relax and reflect. Go to one of the quiet corners of the site, look out over the sea, or along the coast where the Glens of Antrim sweep into the sea.We are less than two miles from the beautiful town of Ballycastle and can transport you in and out of the town for shopping or social time in the evening.

This is the added value of Corrymeela, the part that challenges, inspires, and creates the fun; the part that provokes thoughts, and discussions, the part that really changes people’s outlook.

Corrymeela is an extra-special place. You will meet special people here, and do special things. Your group will leave relaxed, refreshed, and hopefully inspired, and challenged.
