A report on the findings of a four week econsultation on tax credit overpayments.

Over four weeks between February and March 2005, Advice NI ran their first econsultation to ask the public for their experiences of the overpayment of tax credits.
The forum received an unexpected 182 messages which recorded people's stories and requests for help.
One participant wrote, "It's the way that you feel when you get a letter suddenly stating that you owe hundreds, if not thousands, of pounds when you thought you knew where you were financially."
Advice NI has now published a report on the econsultation, which can be downloaded from their website.
