A free cross border training and mentoring programme designed for individual community based enterprises both in Northern Ireland and the six border counties.
Delivered by: The Ulster Community Investment Trust Ltd, in association with Ardee Community Development Group in Louth and Tuath and Donegal Community and Local Development Centre.
Commences mid September.
Programme
Content
Developing a business plan, legal aspects of a business, ICT for business, market research, marketing and sales strategy, applying to funders / fundraising, recruitment and selection, managing staff, financial management and financial control / book keeping.
Groups are expected to nominate attendees who agree to commit to the programme in its entirety. We are primarily targeting community based enterprises (they do not have to be cross border projects) which have been trading for at least two years and have economic sustainability as their primary goal over the next five to seven years.
