This year, Global Peacebuilders is publishing a catalogue approaches to peacebuilding currently being utilised by individuals and voluntary and community organisations from across the world - and we'd like you to participate!
We plan to publish a catalogue that both informs and helps groups to share news internationally about the experience and expertise in peacebuilding that exists on a local level.
We would like to hear voluntary and community organisations (or individuals working on their own) working on a local level to build stability and peace. We will translate each published approach into Arabic, French, Portuguese and Spanish, and will circulate the finished catalogue internationally.
Our selection panel will assess each approach received, and a will choose a number of approaches for publication in a special section within the catalogue devoted to local approaches to peacebuilding.
To submit your approach for potential publication in the catalogue, simply read the Scoring Framework criteria and then fill in the Submission Form and return it by email to sarah@globalpeacebuilders.org by Friday 01 February 2008 at the latest.
