Is your community group informed about the Bill of Rights for Northern Ireland? Has your group been thinking 'I’d like to make sure a Bill of Rights is well thought out, has real teeth and addresses the issues that affect my community?'
If so, the Community Foundation for Northern Ireland is delighted to announce a project you can get involved in.
Grants are available (£1,000 - £10,000) to enable locally based community groups, and communities of interest, to play an active role in shaping the Northern Ireland Bill of Rights.
If you are already looking at community concerns as Rights, not Needs or Hopes, you may have a lot to contribute to the creation of this Bill and this fund could help you play an active role.
Register your interest to attend one of the forthcoming seminars organised by Community Foundation.
