In search of new members

Mencap's Pathway Group is searching for new members.

The invitation extends to people with a learning disability who have been involved with Mencap's employment service.

Currently, members are drawn from North Down and Ards, Down and Lisburn and North and West Belfast.

The group aims to:

• talk to people about Mencap's employment service and what it has to offer
• help Mencap to make their service better
• speak to employers and other groups about how to work better with people with learning disabilities
• talk about their experiences of working
• achieve better services from government for people with learning disabilities.
