HIV Support Centre supports Polish Cultural Week

Saturday 24 May will see the launch of Polish Cultural Week (23– 29 May) which is featuring as part the European Year of Intercultural Dialogue.

The Launch will take place at 12 noon in Linen Hall Library, Belfast, and this will mark the start of a week of Polish cultural events.

The HIV Support Centre is Northern Ireland’s leading charity working on behalf of people living with HIV and AIDS and is proud to be supporting the organisers of Polish Cultural Week. Kieran Harris, Chief Executive of The HIV Support Centre, commented

“We congratulate the organisers on this initiative and wish them every success with their week of events.” He added “It is vitally important that organisations such as ourselves reach out to all sections of the community in Northern Ireland and we believe that our presence at these events will make us much more accessible to the wider Polish community.”
