Nigel Williams, the Northern Ireland Commissioner for Children and Young People (NICCY) would like to invite you to a celebratory evening at the offices of the Commissioner on 21 March 2005 to mark Anti-Racism Day.
Time: 5.30pm – 7.15pm at NICCY, 17- 25 Great Victoria Street, Belfast.
During the evening NICCY will host the artwork of the minority ethnic groups involved with the My Space and Multiple Realities
Exhibitions, in conjunction with Wheelworks . The evening will also provide a platform to get across the message of Anti-Racism Week. Music and refreshments are planned for the evening.
We will also be using the opportunity to promote and recruit more young people onto NICCY’s Youth Panel (for further information on NICCY's Youth Panel, contact Ken Smyth, details below).
Numbers will be limited for the evening and the emphasis will of course be on the attendance of children and young people.
