Local Project Officer (2 posts: Fermanagh and Down)
Salary: Points 29 to 31 (£23,175 to £24,708) – plus 6.5% pension
The Local Project Officer will implement the Rural Community Estates Programme in selected areas where issues of social capital, social cohesion, inclusion and capacity have been identified through a local community development process.
The successful candidate must have a relevant third level qualification, supported by two years paid employment in community development, or five years experience in a community development role.
A current valid driving licence and access to transport for work purposes are also essential.
The above post is for a likely period up to September 2007 subject to funding. Secondments will also be welcome.
