Role: To manage the development and delivery of an Older People Volunteering Project.

Main Requirements

• 3rd level education or 3 years equivalent experience.
• 3 years recent work experience in a management and developmental role.
• 1 years experience of project management including setting and achieving objectives/targets.
• At least 2 years experience of staff management.
• Experience of influencing and working effectively with partners and stakeholders to accomplish organisational goals.
• Knowledge of policy areas associated with volunteering and/or older people.
