Employers For Childcare is a non profit making, community based organisation. Our main aim is to remove the childcare barrier which restricts parents, particularly women's, access to the labour market.

We work with employers throughout Northern Ireland to encourage and facilitate employer investment in childcare, in order to assist working parents find solutions for their childcare needs.

Salary £25,437 - £27,411

The post holder will be responsible for establishing and developing constructive working relationships with various organisations including employers, statutory bodies and childcare related agencies, to encourage the development of employers supported childcare policies.

Applicants must have a relevant third level qualification and a minimum of three years work based management experience OR five years experience; one year staff management experience; excellent presentation skills and the ability to produce detailed written reports.

This post is for a fixed term period until 31 May 2006, with a possibility of extension pending continued funding. Secondments are welcome, with the prior approval of the current employer.
