FOLD Housing Association is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join the senior management ream as Director of Housing.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will lead and manage the housing directorate ensuring effective and high quality service delivery. This is a vital role, integral to the growth and development of FOLD which provides housing and support services to over 3,500 homes throughout Northern Ireland.

You will take a lead role in developing policies and strategies to underpin our corporate plan objectives and seek continuous improvement and best value in the delivery of housing services. The successful candidate should therefore be innovative and possess good financial and business planning skills.

Applicants must have a relevant professional qualification, be an experience housing manager and have an awareness of the housing needs of a diverse society and an understanding of the policy issues surrounding housing.
